Users with a ResponsiveEd Google Account (employees, students)
First time users, after clicking the support link, you will be redirected to a login page.
If you are a Staff or Student user, click the Google button located in the bottom right hand corner. Use your ResponsiveED credentials to log in.
Users without a ResponsiveEd Google Account (public, parents, etc.)
First time users, after clicking the support link, you will be redirected to a login page.
If you are a non-Staff member please select Sign Up for an Account.
Enter required information:
- Enter a valid email address
- Create a Password
- Enter Full Name
- Click Sign Up
After you have created an account, an email will be sent to the email account used for sign up, for verification.
Click Raise a Request, when you are ready to file your ticket with the Service Desk.

Returning users, enter the credentials created during first time sign-up and click Log in.
